The International District store is Samurai Noodle's first and ORIGINAL store, founded by Ryo Izawa in 2006. Operating for over a decade, we now have 6 stores in 3 states!!
Broth is freshly prepared with absolutely ZERO premade concentrated soup ingredients. Look out for the giant pots of pork broth and chicken broth!
Ramen noodles are an original recipe, and homemade everyday at the University District store.
Kaeshi (core soup seasoning) is an original recipe and homemade. We NEVER use commercially produced kaeshi!
Cha-shu (pork slices) are homemade. We NEVER use commercially made Cha-shu!
